Mark Taylor studio

Today we went for a visit to brighton road studios and met Mark Taylor, a professional portrait photographer, and also caught Reuben a film maker who has done work for the likes of the BBC and various works in india.
It was a really good insight to the industry that i found helpful, its always good to be reminded how hard it is and how hard you need to work to actually make a living from it, which is a good way to show yourself how much you actually want to do this. We looked at some of his work and he went through it all with us. He was a former student at Newcastle College so it was good to see and meet someone who could relate to us more and knows the type of stuff we do, and how the skills we are learning now, helped him in the real world.
